The IMRC works with faculty, students and staff to set up a variety of projects in diverse contexts.  We often work closely with other areas of the university, such as Library and Tecnology Services.

Projects might be departmental, program-related, or academic.

A variety of tools and tutorials are available for this purpose.  Many of our websites are Drupal based.  Drupal is a database-centric open-source content management system, which gives the client a better ability to edit and maintain content in a project, once a site is set up.

However, a variety of other tools are available in place of or in support of this approach.  These include all types of html, xml, css jquery, java, etc.  In addition, the deployment of mulitmedia and social media tools support these efforts.  A list of areas in which we have some expertise follows:

HTML
CSS
J-query
Java
XML
Drupal
PHP
Dreamweaver
Template-based web authoring
Flash
Photoshop
Illustrator
Final Cut
I-Movie
Light Room
Content DM

User Experience
Image and Slide scanning and digetization
Audio/video digitization
